Masscribes' gatherings are informal get-togethers where members network, show recent works and share various techniques. Any member or members can initiate and coordinate a gathering at any time in any place and run it however they wish. 

Guests are always welcome.

Work stations, art displays and a snack table are set up, contributing members arrive with tools and samples, and members show up with snacks, appreciation and a love of letters. Informality, eye candy and a sharing of all things art are the only constants!

Topic: Lettering on Walls 
Lettering on paper in the quiet and privacy of your own space is one thing...you can quietly correct any errors. Lettering on a wall in a public place is a different experience entirely!

  • How do you set yourself up for success?
  • How do you minimize your chances of errors?
  • What mediums should you choose?

Hear the process, the do's and the do not's when a couple of members present their experiences this Sunday. One loved the experience and wants to take on more such commissions while the other is still having nightmares!

Join us to catch up with members, meet new members, learn a few things, and enjoy delicious food and drink! If you have your own stories and/or photos of walls you've lettered, please bring them along!
